IMMANUEL LUTHERAN CHURCH COUNCIL

Our present Church Council consists of 14 members and our Interim Pastor Marcus Hess. Each Council Member serves a 3-year-term, with the exception of our two Youth members, who serve a one-year-term. Council members also serve on at least one standing committee. These committees are:

1. Call Committee (extraordinary group voted into office by the congregation for the purpose of doing the work necessary to call a new pastor)

2. Children and Teens (CAT)...responsible for long and short-term planning for youth programs

3. Christian Education....Sunday School, Confirmation, Adult Education

4. Evangelism

5. Executive

6. Fellowship.....plans and helps execute congregational social events

7. Finance

8. Nominating

9. Personnel

10.Property

11. Social Ministry

12. Stewardship

13. Worship and Music

Our current Church Council consists of eight women (including two youth members) and 6 men.
